John joined the firm in 1990, after working in the litigation and general practice areas in the Rochester office of several regional law firms.
His practice concentrates in civil litigation and estate planning. He has extensive trial experience in New York State trial courts and the U.S. District Court in personal injury, business, and commercial matters. His estate planning practice focuses on wills and trusts and Medicaid planning and eligibility.
John also maintains an active general practice which includes representation of individuals, businesses, and homeowner's associations in real estate and business matters.
John is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Binghamton and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. John is active in the Rotary Club of Greece, New York.
